We're excited to hear that you're looking to transfer your shares to Stake!
To get started, simply head to the Portfolio Transfers section of the Stake App, which you can find via the 'Manage' option on the menu bar. From there, you can easily submit your transfer request.
Within the portfolio transfer process you have the ability to select your departing broker and all or just a selection of your stocks that you want to transfer to Stake.

The ASX has a Minimum Marketable Parcel (MMP) rule, which requires that any initial purchase of a stock must have a value of at least $500. This same rule applies to each individual stock when you request a portfolio transfer from one broker to another.
For a broker-to-broker transfer to be successful, each of your stocks must have a value of $500 or more at the time of transfer. If a holding's total value is less than $500, it cannot be transferred. For more information, please see section 8.10.2 here.
When you submit a transfer request, we will review each of your holdings to ensure they meet the ASX's MMP requirement.
For Wall St holdings

Our U.S. broker partner doesn’t accept third-party transfer requests. That means we can’t process U.S. portfolio transfers where there’s a change in beneficial ownership – including between family members, spouses or entities e.g. to a trust.
U.S. stocks usually land in your Stake account within 2-3 weeks from a confirmed submission. The transfer time varies based on how responsive your outgoing platform is. DTC transfers can take up to 4-6 weeks and ACATS transfers can take up to 1-2 weeks.
