Change of beneficiaries transfers

For Wall St holdings, our U.S. broker partner does not accept third-party portfolio transfer requests. Stake cannot accept third-party U.S. portfolio transfer requests with a change in beneficial owner including marital or family.

For AUS holdings, this is possible via an Off Market Transfer (OMT) request with transfer value over A$1000. Please note that Minimum Marketable Parcel (MMP) requirements do apply to OMT transfer requests, which means that each stock must be over the minimum marketable parcel of $500, a rule imposed by the ASX.

To proceed with your transfer, please send through the below documents to [e-mail] :

• Filled out OMT form (the signature must be wet ink i.e. signed with a pen as digital signature will not be accepted)

• The latest holdings statement (not more than three months old)

• A copy of the IDs from the buyer(s) and seller(s) involved in the transfer

Once our team has received your documents, we will be reaching back out for further verifications and proceed with the request.
