Entered the wrong bank account details?
If you’ve entered incorrect bank details for a withdrawal, contact the Stake Support team here as soon as possible.
Please attach a statement for the correct bank details (screenshot or PDF) confirming the following information:
- Account holder name (must match your Stake account)
- BSB
- Account number.
We’ll do our best to recall the funds, but this process can take up to 30 days and isn’t guaranteed. That’s why we strongly recommend double-checking your bank details before confirming any withdrawal.
Please note: Stake is not liable for any loss caused by incorrect withdrawal details, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions. If funds are sent to the wrong account, recovery can’t be guaranteed.
Delays
Withdrawals from your Stake AUS or Stake Wall St account usually settle within 2-3 business days.
However, processing times depend on our payment partners and your bank – so exact timing can’t be guaranteed. We recommend allowing for possible delays when planning your withdrawals.
Delays may be caused by:

Public holidays (including U.S. public holidays for USD withdrawals)

Banking partner processing times

Withdrawal verification checks

Legal or regulatory requirements.
If it’s been more than four business days:

Double-check that your BSB and account number are correct

Look for any withdrawal verification emails
