How do I transfer funds out of Stake Accumulate? 

You can transfer your Stake Accumulate balance back to your AUD balance by heading to Accumulate > Details > Transfer to AUD balance and follow the prompts. The funds will typically be available in your AUD balance and you will be able to withdraw from the Stake platform by the third business day after your transfer out request is received.

Please note that there may be delays for transfer out while distributions are being finalised at the start of the month, particularly during the half year (December) and full year (June) distributions or due to other extraordinary factors (at the discretion of the Responsible Entity).

The minimum transfer out request is $100 (or your total holdings in the fund if that’s less). Please note, if you submit a transfer out request that is greater than 95% of your total holdings, we will process a transfer out of your total holdings. Due to market movements, the amount transferred to your AUD balance for a full transfer out may be higher or lower than the amount shown when it is initiated.

What is the transfer out process? 

In order to move money out of the fund, investors will need to complete a transfer out request via their Stake account. Select ‘Transfer to AUD balance’ under the ‘Details’ section of the Accumulate tab. Transfer out requests submitted by 11.59pm (AEST) on any business day will receive the fund's applicable daily valuation. Transfer out proceeds will typically be available for withdrawal within three business days (NSW), although delays may occur as set out in FAQ (7) above. Transfer out proceeds will typically be credited to your Stake account within 3 business days.  

Is there a minimum withdrawal size? 

The minimum transfer out request is $100 (or your total holdings in the fund if that’s less). Please note, if you submit a transfer out request that is greater than 95% of your total holdings (as at the date of your transfer out request) we will process a transfer out of your total holdings.

Is there any settlement period? 

The fund doesn’t have a minimum term, however when redeeming there is a settlement period of three business days (NSW), before you can withdraw funds from your Stake account (although transfer out proceeds will be added back to your Stake AUD balance sooner, typically within one business day). transfer out may be delayed as set out in FAQ “How do I transfer funds out of Stake Accumulate?” above.

What is the cooling-off period? 

If you are an eligible retail investor, you may have a right to a cooling-off period of 14 days, during which you can withdraw your investment and receive a refund, adjusted for any changes in the net asset value (NAV) and applicable fees.
